here we go! another month at lestat's!
this month's opener will be Dustin Shey. He's a rad
singer songwriter, of course! and a super swell fella,
so come on out and have some fun with us!
he'll be playing from 9 till 9.30, then i'll play till
bedtime, just like last month. and the month before.
but dustin's opening, not somebody else. yep.
all ages, $6.00 at the door
[sorry for the price increase...
lestat's is incurring some costs
from having music, and we all
have to chip in to keep this joint
open and poppin'.]

The San Diego Music Awards Acoustic Showcase
[Claire De Lune's Coffee]
this is the annual SDMA Acoustic Festival thingie.
it's like 9 million acoustic folks playing two stages
at claire de lune's. a hell of a lot of fun. try to
make it out and see some of SD's very best all night!
it's all ages, 10 bucks. i'm playing from 8.45 till 9.05pm.
Saturday September 24th, 2005 at Baja Bash
i don't actually know much about this whole thing,
but apparently i'm playing in Mexico. Yep, i'm
going international, baby!! haha...
there are a ton of us playing on the Listen Local Stage
down at Baja Bash. My set is at 7.45pm on Saturday,
so try to make it down there. apparently it's just a big
ass party. not cheap, but TONS of music and a very good time,
from what i hear!

Friday October 7th, 2005 at Stone House Live
house concerts are some of the coolest things on earth,
and this is one of the very very best.
the stones are some really really cool folks that host
shows in their beautiful home, and every one of these shows
is awesome. i happen to live right down the street from them,
so i've been over to see the likes of Poltz, Gregory Page,
Christopher Dale and a bunch of others rock their house HARD.
I was supposed to play one of these a million years ago,
but got super sick the day of the show, and ended up having
my whole singer songwriter posse fill in for me. was a ton of
fun, i'm told. they said i was there, and if the pictures didn't exist,
i'd call them liars. but it turns out they're right. and not liars.
visit their site [above] for more info, and get ready
to have a great night at the Stone House with me and Intercept!
[formerly known as FlatHead, the greatest band on earth.]
